You have just purchased a pure bread AKC registered dachshund puppy.
This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale. Upon receipt, this
puppy is guaranteed to be free of life threatening or genetic diseases for up to six months. It is required that a
licensed veterinarian examines the puppy with in 3 days of purchase date or there will be no guarantee on the
seller's part. This contract does not cover internal or external parasites or viruses. If the puppy is found to be
unfit for purchase ( illness must be life threatening), Dachshund Lane Kennels must be notified in writing by a
certified veterinarian before any replacement will be made. In the event of the puppy’s death a necropsy must be
preformed to determine the cause of death. Dachshund Lane Kennels will not be responsible for these charges.
Dachshund Lane Kennels offers no cash refunds. If a replacement is to be made purchase price will go towards
another puppy of equal value when available. On a replacement, puppy must be returned within 72 hrs. along
with all records and akc paperwork.
Dachshund Lane Kennels has given appropriate vaccines and worming which you will be given a health record.
Buyer agrees to maintain health of this puppy. Yearly exams, appropriate vaccines, heart worm protection.
Dachshund Lane Kennels does not guarantee the size, weight, hair coat , skin conditions, temperament, or
training abilities. Upon purchasing full registration Dachshund Lane Kennels does not guarantee the breeding
ability of this canine.
Upon limited registration buyer agrees to have puppy spayed or neutered by the age of 6 months old. Please
have your vet mail us a statement or send an e-mail that puppy has been spayed or neutered.
Dachshund Lane Kennels Uses Natural Choice Lamb and Rice by Nutro. We advise you keep you new puppy
on this food for a healthy balanced diet. This is a non allergenic food source. Good for their skin and coat. Please
be aware that changing a puppies environment can bring on stress. Stress can set off the coccidia bacteria that is
normally found in the intestines of all puppies, which can cause diarrhea and may even produce blood in the
stool. Giving the puppy any other food besides the Lamb & Rice can also cause the same problem. If this occurs
you can call your vet and get clavamox which is an antibiotic.Each puppy is treated for 7 days with Albon,
Omega III mixed with an antibiotic for the prevention of coccidia.
